If you cant hit a five spot playing 20 card keno with 100 dollars spent, you are simply being robbed of your money.

I can say without hesitation that Winstar must be setting their video keno at 88 percent and probably much lower. Having lived in las vegas for 20 years I knew slot techs who showed me the percentage of payout on nickel keno machines and the average payout is 92 percent.
